Easy Sous Vide Pork Chops


This is an easy recipe for making Juicy Pork Chops using a Sous Vide Stick. Video above and below are step by step of the process. The ingredients: Pork Chops, Favorite Seasoning (I used Salt, Pepper, Brown Sugar, Garlic).

1. Rub your Pork Chops with all seasonings.

2. Place Pork Chops in Food Saver bags, seal bags, and place in refrigerator for at least an 30 minutes.

3. Heat water bath to 140F/60C with your precision cooker. I use Anova.

4. Place Sealed Food-saver bags in water bath for 1hour

5. Prepare a ridiculously hot Skillet/Grill

6. Take Pork Chops out of bags, dry with towel, and apply some more seasoning.

7. Sear Pork Chops over Skillet/Grill for 2 minutes each side, or until you have the Caramelization you like.

8. Enjoy!
