Sous Vide Flank Steak With Shrimp

One of my favorite cuts, is the flank steak. It is an odd looking muscle, that is very tender and juicy when cooked right, and still fairly cheap compared to other tender cuts of beef. My method for cooking this steak, is Sous Vide Vide.

Cooking is done using my Anova Culinary Stick, at 59.7C, for 1:00 hour, and achieve a perfect medium temperature. You can choose a different temperature to your preferred doneness level.

Once the steak is cooked, I take it out of the vacuum bag, and dry it with a towel. I seasoned the steak, and threw it on a ridiculous hot grill (you can pas sear) for 2 minutes each side.

As you can see, I paired it with Grilled Tomato, Chimichurri, Shrimps, and Eggs. Let me know if you tried it, and if you liked it!
