I have the pleasure to kick off a new series of blog posts, where I do a short Q&A with some of my favorite Instagram Chefs. That's right, Instagram Chefs, the ones you actually look up to, and learn new cooking recipes, tips, and techniques from every day, so you can impress your family and friends at home with awesome meals.

For my first session, I have the pleasure of interviewing my good friend Desi Marie Longinidis, AKA @healthycook4champions from Melbourne Australia, who is married to kickboxing legend George The Iron Lion Longinidis. I have been following her for the past year, and cannot get enough of her amazing cooking pictures and videos, loaded with tips and techniques for creating simple, mouth watering meals straight out of her home and yard kitchens. I love in particular when she cooks Seafood, which is a big favorite for me, and she manages to get it done always right on the spot! She is also the sister of another amazing Instagram Chef I follow, Irene Sharp AKA @come.grill.with.me

Thank you so much Desi for being a great friend, for giving me the chance to get to know you better, and for inspiring me to cook new exciting dishes all the time!
